Pre-Workout Meal Idea + Fat Burning Workout!

Recipe:

4-5 egg whites

1 whole egg

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1-2 Tbsp diced onions

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

The Workout:

Warm-up: Jump Squats and Lunges 3x20

Box Jumps 4x20

Pull Up Twists 4x20

Goblet Squats with Kettlebell 4x20

Sumo Deadlifts 4x12

Finisher: Rope Climbs 3x
