So you want to look for a high quality organic yogurt that has live probiotics. So you want to look for live probiotics right on the label. So pay close attention to your labels when you buy yogurt.

The third one is kefir. And kefir-- I'm not a huge fan of kefir-- but I was just reading an article, it has like 10 other benefits besides the probiotics. So it's definitely something that you should add to your diet if you like the taste.

The next one is my new favorite called kombucha. And I looked at the high quality brands. They are kind of expensive, but I do like it. And I really believe that it's an investment not an expense.

The next one is raw cheese. Now, again, all cheeses are not created equal. You want to look for raw cheese made from grass fed cows. Raw cheese is completely different than other over-the-counter cheeses because it's aged for over 45 days. This is what activates the enzymes that help you break down dairy, and adds the probiotics into the raw cheese.

Now the last one is fermented soy products. Now I'm not a huge fan of soy, but if they're fermented and you're vegetarian, you could add things like tempeh and natto to your diet to get some live probiotics.

So there you have it. There's a crash course on how to heal your gut with six foods that you can add to your diet. This is very important stuff so don't take this stuff for granted. It could be blocking your fat loss if you have intestinal inflammation.

Get Toned & Sexy Arms || Fat Burning Home Workout With Dumbbells

Hi Everyone!

The entire workout is below for you to screenshot and try!

A lot of us have a major problem area called "Bat wings" and it's that flabby part of our arm that likes to dance, wiggle and shake when we wave hello! This arm workout will help hit those problem areas by building lean muscle and burning fat. This arm workout is a low weight, high rep, circuit style training. The goal with this workout is to get our heart rate up to help us burn more calories during our workout! Please understand that you cannot spot train a specific area for fat loss. That means doing this workout alone and eating like crap probably won't get you to your goal of nice toned & sexy arms. It is extremely important that our diet is in check as well. Whether that be eating clean, tracking macros or however else YOU choose to diet. When we lose fat we lose it everywhere but everyone is different as far as where they lose fat first. Stay consistent and trust the process!

This workout can be done 1-2 times a week and even added to your back day. The weight that you will use is determined by you. How much weight can you handle doing 2-3 exercises back to back for 15 reps and keep good form? That's the weight you should use. 😊

👯 I did this as 1 big circuit so after circuit 1 I did not rest I went all the way through to circuit 3. Once I completed circuit 3 THEN I took my 30 second rest. And completed that a total of 3-4 times.
