FAT BURNING LEG WORKOUT | Full Day of Eating (IIFYM) | This isn't easy

This is a typical day including all my meals, so hopefully you guys can get some ideas! Also, plyometrics are first known to burn fat, and this is a full plyometrics workout for upper and lower body (mostly lower) that you can do in your back yard or at the gym! Hope you all enjoy :)
