2 Weeks Slim Waist Transformation: How to get a flat stomach fast

We are going to go through 4 exercises that is going to slim the waist and add definition to your midsection.

START WAIST MEASUREMENT: 28 3/4 inches

AFTER TWO WEEKS MEASUREMENT: 26 inches

START HIPS MEASUREMENT: 36 1/2 inches

AFTER TWO WEEKS MEASUREMENT: 36 inches

In this video we are going to do;

1. Sit-ups

2. Mountain Climbers

3. Modified V-Ups

Workout instructions:

How to do the exercises:

Sit-ups

Lie on your back. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the floor or mat. Position your heels about 1 to 1 1/2 feet in front of your tailbone. Place your fingertips behind your head or cross your arms on your chest.

Squeeze your shoulder blades together. Exhale then tighten your abs and curl up toward your bent knees. Do not pull on your neck. Keep your head in line with your spine, tilting your chin forward slightly as you come up. Keep the bottom of your feet, your lower back and your tailbone flat against the floor throughout the exercise. Curl toward your thighs until you are in a seated position.

Mountain Climbers

Assume a push-up position with your arms straight and your body in a straight line from your head to your ankles. Without changing the posture of your lower back (it should be arched), raise your right knee toward your chest.

Pause, return to the starting position and repeat with your left leg. That’s one rep. Alternate until you’ve completed all your reps.

Modified V-Ups

Lie faceup on the floor with your legs and arms straight. Hold your arms straight above the top of your head. In one movement, simultaneously lift your torso and legs as if you're trying to touch your knees. Lower your body back to the starting position.

Flutter Kicks

Lie on your back with your legs together and extended out straight. You can place your arms out to the sides of your body with your palms down. Contract your abs and keep them tight throughout the exercise. Lift your legs off the ground about 6 inches. Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the ground. Raise on leg up a few inches and bring it back to the starting position. While it is on its way down raise the other leg up.

The Best Way to Lose 5 LBS of Body Fat (AND FASTEST!)

Slash body fat here - to this channel here - best way to lose 5 pounds of body fat is a question that I get almost every day. People want to know if burpees are the best exercise for getting the job done. Others want to know if battle ropes or even jump rope are better at burning calories and burning fat. While all of them are at the top of the list for the most calories burned on a minute per minute basis, they still are not the best way to lose five pounds of body fat the fastest.

In this video, I show you how you can never outtrain a bad diet. If you refuse to pay attention to the quality of your nutrition and the foods you put in your mouth you are never going to have the low levels of body fat that you desire long term. Sure, anyone can follow a short term diet that allows them to lose fat for a few weeks however if you can’t keep it up then you will never be satisfied with your body fat levels over the course of the year.

Mistakenly, people look to exercises as the best way to drop body fat. While you definitely need to train, achieving fat loss is and always will be better accomplished via the right nutrition plan. This goes back to the comment about never being able to outtrain a bad diet. You simply cannot make up enough calorie burn via exercise (even the most intense) to overcome bad food choices. For instance, our very own Jesse is a big sugar fanatic and a worshiper of gummy bears. Just 17 measly gummy bears has 150 calories. Even if Jesse were to do 10 minutes straight of high effort high intensity burpees, he would only burn 120 calories and he would lose that battle with a net calorie gain of 30.

Now Jesse, being a hardgainer, is not concerned at the moment with his body fat levels. He was the only one wiling to do the burpees while I talked during the video being the good sport that he is. If you are looking to burn 5 lbs of fat however, you need to be sure that you are paying attention to what really matters. Your nutrition will always be at the top of the priority list for getting that job done.

Now, does that mean that conditioning exercises like burpees, jump rope, battle ropes and split squat jumps don’t have a place in your workout program if you need to lose fat? Not at all. In fact, with a good nutrition approach in place these exercises become even more effective since they compliment the losses that you are already making because of your improved diet. Not just that, each of these exercises helps to improve your stamina, work capacity, endurance, power endurance and your heart.

Boiled Egg Diet – Lose 24 Pounds In Just 2 Weeks! Unbelievable

Boiled eggs not only have very nutritious properties for your health but also are a perfect ingredient for a rapid weight loss. If you include eggs, and citric fruits and some vegetables, you will create a balanced diet. It will improve your overall health as well as it will help you burn fat without much effort and hunger.

It is crucial to have the needed intake of water. The water hydrates the body and nourished the cells so they are able to remove the harmful toxins. You should drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Don’t worry about the quantity of water because your body is dehydrated and you will need more water. The more water you drink, the more toxins will be eliminated.

This diet is not a complex one but as any other diet limits the intake of salt, sugar, alcohol and soda. If you practice the diet properly, it will help you lose up to 24 pounds in just 2 weeks. Also, it prevents the yo-yo effect so you won’t regain your weight after you finish the diet.

THURSDAY DAY - 04

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Fruit

Dinner- Chicken meat (steamed) with some big salad

FRIDAY DAY - 05

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Vegetables (steamed) and two eggs.

Dinner- Fish on barbecue and a big salad.

SATURDAY DAY - 06

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Fruit.

Dinner- Chicken meat (steamed) with some salad.

SUNDAY DAY - 07

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Chicken meat with tomato salad and vegetables (steamed).

Dinner- Vegetables (steamed).

SECOND WEEK :

MONDAY (DAY - 08)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Chicken with some salad

Dinner- Two eggs, one orange and salad.

TUESDAY (DAY - 09)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Vegetables (steamed) and two eggs and .

Dinner- Fish on barbecue with some big salad.

WEDNESDAY (DAY - 10)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Chicken meat with some salad.

Dinner- Vegetable, two eggs, salad and one orange.

THURSDAY (DAY - 11)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Two eggs, cheese low in fat and steamed vegetables.

Dinner- Chicken meat (steamed) with some big salad.

FRIDAY (DAY - 12)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Tuna salad

Dinner- Two eggs with some salad.

SATURDAY (DAY - 13)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Chicken meat with some salad.

Dinner- Fruits.

SUNDAY (DAY - 14)

Breakfast- One citric fruit and two boiled eggs.

Lunch- Chicken meat and steamed vegetables.

Dinner- Repeat what you have for lunch.
