Full day of eating while preparing for a photoshoot. Dairy free, gluten free, wheat free, guilt free oatmeal pancake.
Oatmeal pancake recipe:
Ingredients:
40 grams oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Splash vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Almond/cashew milk
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except cashew milk
add cashew milk last 1 tbs at a time until you achieve pancake batter consistency.
Heat skillet to medium
Spray with non stick spray
Pour batter into hot pan
Wait until top bubbles then flip
Just like cooking a pancake
Enjoy!!
Berry syrup Recipe:
40 g raspberry
40 g blackberry
1 tbs truvia
1/2 cup water
Directions
Bring water to boil
add berries and truvia
smash berries
let simmer for about 10 minutes
the longer the simmer the thicker the syrup
pour over your pancake
eat it
enjoy it
tell a friend
be happy
eat pancakes
stay lean
