Healthy Meal Prep | Fat Burning Workout| Low Carb Keto Muffins

Hey Guys,

It's a new year and I'm starting over with this Keto Diet, I will be pushing myself so much harder this time especially wit my workouts. Please follow along and join in on this journey!

Here is the recipe for the Low Carb muffins !

1½ Cups Almond Flour

¼ Teaspoons Salt

1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

2 Eggs

⅓ Cups Sour Cream

4 Tablespoons Butter (melted)

⅓ Cups Shredded Cheese (optional)

½ Teaspoons Garlic Powder

Combine all dry ingredients

Combine all wet ingredients ( mix Well)

Then mix all together

Bake on 400 for 12 min or until Golden Brown
