Most of the people consider cardio as the only tool for fat loss which is far from the truth. It is completely possible to achieve low levels of body fat(at least around 10%) without doing any cardio at all.
I have done it myself as you can see from the thumbnail.The main factor responsible for fat loss is a calorie deficit. Now, It does not matter whether you are creating a deficit through diet or by increasing your energy level.
